Hon. Christine Naboi Peter is a young and active Member of the National Legislative Assembly of South Sudan, elected on the ticket of the ruling party, the SPLM, from Eastern Equatoria State. A former youth leader at county, national and regional level and a women's activist, she is humble, kind and dynamic, a team player from the Didinga tribe of Chukudum.

Full biography

Hon. Christine Naboi Peter holds a Master's degree in Business Administration (Finance). She is a young, active Member of the National Legislative Assembly of South Sudan and Chairperson of the specialised Committee on Roads and Bridges of the Transitional National Legislative Assembly, serving on the ticket of the ruling party, the SPLM, from Eastern Equatoria State.

She is a former youth leader: Deputy Chairperson of the Budi Youth Association at county level, Secretary General of the South Sudan National Youth Union at national level, and Secretary General of the ICGLR Multi-Regional Youth Forum at regional level. She is also a woman activist and former Secretary General of the Women Bloc South Sudan.

Humble, kind and dynamic, a team player and understanding, she comes from the Didinga tribe of Chukudum, a small tribe of Eastern Equatoria State. She is a keen netball player, a reader and a lover of movies.
